The Spires Academy will specialise in providing places for learners who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from their mainstream school and require significant behaviour support.
There will be places for 25 primary and 75 secondary age learners and these will typically be offered for a minimum of two terms and a maximum of two academic years.
To acquire a place at the Academy a young person must meet these criteria and will be referred to the school by the County Council.
The Academy is committed to equal opportunities and will admit pupils/students across the full spectrum of academic abilities. All pupils/students will have equal access to the curriculum.
